Where do I start?

Register, sign in and go to the “Earn now” tab. Here, you need to accept the terms of service and you can start solving CAPTCHAs.

How to solve CAPTCHAs:

Go to the “Earn now” tab and hit “start”. Wait until an image is displayed and then input the text from the image to the form below.

What happens if I mistype? What happens if I mistype often?

You can make 5 misprints every 100 CAPTCHAs you solve. Unfortunately, if you make more mistypes, your account will be suspended. Please keep it in mind that if you misprint on purpose and enter the text that does not match the picture at all, your account is banned.

I can’t tell what is written on the CAPTCHA. The image did not upload properly.

If that occurs, hit “I can’t read” button.

How long is an account suspended in case of multiple misprints?

The account is suspended until a moderator checks your typing accuracy. It can take a couple of minutes or a day. If you normally don’t do a lot of mistakes, your account will not be suspended for a long time.

I hit “Start”, it starts loading, and then nothing happens.

Most likely, there are more workers online than CAPTCHAs. It sometimes happen, although not very often.

CAPTCHAs are loading too slow.

This means that you are put in the queue and waiting for your CAPTCHA. The situation may occur if there are more workers online than CAPTCHAs.

What does “case sensitive” mean?

It means that the answer should be in UPPERCASE or lowercase letters, depending on the image. If there is no “case sensitive” notification, then it doesn’t matter. Please check that you are inputting your answer in the appropriate language.
